About Flexible Autoship

Flexible Autoship is a simple, self-managed, automatic shipment scheduler that gives you full control over when your order ships. You set up the parameters you want and we'll ship. It's just that simple.

To access Flexible Autoship simply log into your client account on our website and click on the "Flexible Autoship" tab.


When you create an order through Flexible Autoship you can:

• Add any quantity of any product to your order. There are no minimum quantities required.
   

• Choose any date (up to 120 days) in the future when you want your next order to ship. You can update the number of days between your orders anytime.

• Edit or cancel any aspect of your order at any time when you log into your account. It's that easy!

48 hours before each order ships, we will send you an e-mail notification so you can confirm that everything is exactly how you want it. Your credit card will not be charged until the day your order ships, so you have time to make any last minute adjustments you'd like. On the day of shipment, we will send you a final e-mail with your order details for your records.
