If you have not already done so, please set up a Hardy account before your appointment and review the content in the "Welcome" email that we send you once your account is created. Doing so will ensure that our Hardy staff can most efficiently serve you when you connect with them.
If your consultation is on a case (or cases), please provide the following information for each patient: age, sex, diagnosis (list all if more than one), duration of illness, current treatments (include ALL medications & include doses), bowel function details, and a detailed case history. Providing this information before the consultation will give our Scientists the information needed to help make the consultation time most efficient.
