been a big difference in his behavior mostly being able to self-regulate when he isn’t getting his way or is upset. Even his teacher has written private messages sharing how much of an improvement she’s seeing in the classroom. She doesn’t know he’s taking DEN. For now, we plan to continue using DEN for the remainder of this school year. Read Less

While cold temperatures are generally fine for DEN, heat can denature the vitamins, reducing their potency and effectiveness well before the expiration date. Additionally, humidity can also affect the minerals, as they are prone to collecting moisture due to the drying process they undergo during production. This, too, can decrease their potency over time.
For these reasons, we recommend storing DEN in a cool to cold/and dry environment to ensure you get the full benefits of the product. If you lead a very busy lifestyle and need to carry them with you, consider using an insulated bag or cooler (and only for short periods) to help maintain a stable temperature, especially if your car tends to get hot.
Our vitamins do contain high levels of vitamins and minerals. We have been studying these levels for results and safety for over two decades. You can read more about our long term studies on our website.
Dear Hardy Nutritionals,
I had been taking DEN for over 6 months, my OCD symptoms were improved but the DEN also caused me significant diarrhoea nearly everyday. The faeces were in liquid form and explosive. I had tried to stop taking DEN and the diarrhoea went away immediately. And after several “on and off” trials, I am certain it is DEN causing me diarrhoea. I tried to decrease the dose to half (6 capsules in total per day divided into 2 capsules to be taken three times each day). The result was the same diarrhoea issue. I also tried take capsules immediately after meal. Unfortunately, this method still made no difference to the diarrhoea issue. I really wish I could continue to take DEN because it did help my OCD symptoms but the diarrhoea problem finally stopped me from taking DEN. I want to have a final Ask do you have any suggestions on solving the diarrhoea side effects while I’m taking DEN?
Thank you.
Our powder contains natural sweeteners and flavors such as monk fruit extract, stevia, juice powder. These are not added sugars that you typically see in many powders on the market today. Are you referring to the juice that you are using to mix the product with? I hope to help you find a solution to this. Here is a link to some recipes that parents have shared with us, please check it out and let us know what you think here --> hardynutritionals.com/blog/2014/07/daily-essential-nutrients-powder-recipe-ideas
Thanks for your inquiry. That would be our Daily Essential Nutrients. The recommended dose for a 6 year old would be 2 scoops per day or 4 capsules twice daily. We'd like to share with you the following research that was done on the use of our product with ADHD. You can check this out here --> hardynutritionals.com/studies/category/adhd
1-3 years: work up to 4 caps/day with food
4-6 years: work up to 8 caps/day with food
7 years + work up to 12 caps/day with food
I am interested in your products but as I live in Europe (France), I'd like to know what is the average shipping and expiry time of your products, please.
Thanks for your answer.

To the best of our knowledge, there is no source of carbohydrates in DEN. Additionally, we can confirm that the carbohydrate content is below the threshold of 1 gram per serving (4 capsules), (the amount requiring labeling under current guidelines).
